Some Tips from Edcamp Voxer

This week there has been a surge of new educators on Voxer thanks to the efforts of the Edcamp Voxer team. Here are a few tips that have emerged from the conversations:

• Turn off notifications. Most of the educational conversations can be quite lively. Turning off notifications can help you keep your sanity.
• You may not listen to voxes that occurred before you joined the chat. 
• Don't get caught up in catching everything said or typed. Treat it like a radio station. Listen when you can. Move on (mark all as read) when you can't.
• Do join the New Teachers To Voxer group if you feel you need a place to learn. We are there to help. 
• Only pro users can recall voxes. There is no edit feature.
